O posledním prázdinovém víkendu se do vily Löw-Beer přesune ŠTETL FEST - mezinárodní multižánrový festival židovské kultury, který propojuje brněnské instituce a připomíná historická místa a osobnosti spojené s brněnským židovským životem drasticky přerušeným druhou světovou válkou.

Tématem letošního třetího ročníku festivalu je Židovské trauma v umění od Kafky k Barbie.

V rámci festivalu ŠTETL FEST proběhnou ve Vile Löw-Beer následující akce:

11:00 Židovské trauma v české literatuře - přednáška vedoucí Centra judaistických studií UP Ivany Cahové

14:30 Tel Aviv – Florentin očima Petra Bureše - vernisáž s úvodem architekta Ivana Wahly o architektuře Tel Avivu

19:00 Pořádá Barbie šabatovou večeři? - diskuze o popkultuře a jejím vlivu na naše sebeurčení

21:00 Barbie - projekce filmu ve spolupráci s Kinem Art

 

NEDĚLE 1. 9. 2024

14:00 Příběh knihy - divadelní cesta knihy machzor z Terezína do Londýna

14:30 Židovské svátky - výtvarné dílny pro děti 

15:30 Stopy paměti: osudy knih a jejich židovských majitelů - přednáška/workshop Daniela Soukupa a Kamily Cmolové

16:30 Tři hádanky pro krále Šalamouna - divadelní představení pro děti od 4 let
